WirelessTrips.com Campground Review: North Beach Campground, Burlington, Vermont

Wi-Fi yes
T-Mobile cell phone coverage - yes

North Beach Campground is what you’d expect a state park to be - tightly packed sites, loaded to the gills with campers, and light on the ammenities.

Despite those shortfalls, the park was clean, the staff was friendly and the WiFi was good (at least from site 118, which is where we were).

The park has two other major assets as well. First, it is attached to North Beach - nice stretch of Lake Champlain shoreline. The kids had an awesome time playing there. Second, it is within a few miles of downtown Burlington - which is a hopping college town. We had an excellent meal at SmokeJacks, located on the corner of Church and Main. (Though the restaurant is not really kid-friendly, as we discovered when taking Max there.)

Overall, North Beach Campground is a good base of operations if you are looking to explore what Burlington has to offer.

Three out of five marshmallows.
