We arrived before dark and were able to see the beautiful surroundings at this campground. The people were very nice and they have a cute and very friendly doggie running around, greeting everybody. Our dog, Percy, went beserk whenever he saw their dog outside the RV. At least Percy got some adrenaline running through him after lying in the RV being spoiled for three days straight.

We woke up this morning and it was quite chilly! While I checked my mail, Richard chatted with a retired teacher. He and his wife just sold all their belongings and hit the open road. You can read about their conversation HERE.

The wifi connection here was really good (about three times the speed of our DSL connection at home) and we were able to get our work done very quickly. There wasn’t any cable TV so the children and I read books last night while Richard worked and then poked at the fire for awhile.

This is a really nice campground and we’ll definitely be back.

Three out of five marshmallows.
