Is it possible to live on the road for weeks at a time in an RV when your lives depend on high-speed Internet access? That's the question we intend to answer. This blog is a chronicle of the adventures of keeping our Internet business and family life running while on the road.

We stayed at this RV Resort this past weekend. It was really pretty nice. They sell these lots and we saw one in Real Estate magazine for $87k!! It was close to the beach yet not sandy and was well laid out and landscaped. We'll go back for sure. Oh, the WiFi even though we were close to the pole with the WiFi antenna the signal wasn't all that strong. But it was fast and worked well. We were told it was "Free" and then they said, it's free for the first 24 hours. But it cost $3.99 a day. We used it one day thinking it was free, but found when we go home it wasn't.

They did ask for the year for our trailer and the size. Turns out we were new enough but just barely big enough. It cost $33 a day.

As I said, we'll go back. We've thought of renting for a month during the Winter and using it as a "weekend" home away from home, but it's $500 a month during the winter.

Too bad they didn't let you in.
